So this is Tiger Lilly from the Anzen-sei protection program.

First off, I'd like to apologize for the encredibly bad quality, It's a sucky scanner.

But second off, here's a little about Tiger Lilly. She's my twin's character and if you can't read my bad hand writing, here's what it says; ~ She carries her knife and rifle everywhere she goes.
~ She has an earpiece to keep in touch with everyone.
~Pretty much a badass weretiger, second in command in the Anzen-sei protection program [In the words of Emi herself]
